This slip cast baby head mug was made using vintage plaster molds and stoneware slip. Altered to form a mug, wood fired in a noborigama wood kiln; the exterior is unglazed and the visual texture created from wood ash traveling through the chambers. No two will ever be alike!
Low-lying baby head mug, measures 2 1/4"-3 1/2" at highest point by 2 1/2"- 3 1/2" width at lip.
Food safe, microwave safe, slightly delicate so hand wash recommended, but is dishwasher safe.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If you are not satisfied with what you purchased, I will gladly refund your money, but I will need for you to pay to ship the item back to me. If the piece arrives to you broken, I will either refund you or send you another piece of your choice of equal value.
I am more than happy to do custom work if you enjoy my ceramics but want something more specific than what I offer. It will take a little longer to get the piece to you since the process is quite involved, but I will keep you up to date on what is happening with your order.
A little info about custom orders before placing one:
*If a drawing or mock up for the piece needs to be made, a $10 (per design) charge will be added to the total price.
*If the conversation about a custom piece lasts more than 6 back and forth messages to come to an agreement/decision, a $15 charge will be added to the final price.
*We will both agree upon a total cost, and I will post a listing for the item when everything has been agreed upon. S/H is extra
*I will add the 20 cent Etsy listing charge to your order.
*You will need to purchase the custom listing before I start making the piece.
**I am able to take a 50% deposit when I start the piece if the final cost is over $50. I will then accept the rest of the payment before I ship the piece.
